What does that mean?

I love great coffee - and the fellowship with others that surrounds it. Sipping a well made latte with friends, or, as I tap on my laptop with headphones on - is something I deeply enjoy. However, one of my greatest seasons of advance came during a time when I intentionally gave this up- about a month and a half I think. I encourage you to go right to the heart of something like this in your life and simply give it up for a time, even a day or a week, as you pursue God in this discipline.
